Peppermint, Elderflower, Mullein leaf,
Elecampane root, Hyssop leaf, Yarrow flower

Place 1 Tablespoon in 8 oz of hot water. Cover & steep for 15-20 minutes (overnight for a more nutritive brew). Strain and Enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups per day.
