    Ingredients

    Distilled water, organic cane alcohol, glycerine and proprietary blend of: Kava Kava Root (Piper methysticum glycerite**), Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium*), Meadowsweet
    (Filipendula ulmaria*), Lavender
    (Lavendula officinalis*), Ginger Root
    (Zingiber officinale*).

    *Organic Extracts 35-40% alcohol
    **Organic Extracts of glycerine

    Instructions

    30-90 drops (1-3 squirts) 2-3 times per day or as needed with food. Take directly or add to a small amount of water.
